The guys at Smithfield Discount Tire are amazing. I had a rhythmic knocking sound in the back end of my car.. I took it in to them and they immediately had one of their experienced technicians take it out and test drive it and listen to the sound. After he got back, he decided to pull the wheel and check to see if his suspicions were correct. he found the problem. It was not a big deal, but, he took care of the problem, cleaned that part of the wheell housing of my ca.r. After making sure everything else was functioning properly the guys inside the store brought me my keys and said you’re ready to go! When I asked what it cost, they said don’t worry about it. You’re all set to go, free of charge. If I had taken it anywhere else, they would have probably charged me.
